Tuition & Payment

How much is tuition?

Phlebotomy tuition is $2,500, currently $2,300 for a limited time ($200 off). CPR & BLS classes are $110.

How do I reserve my seat?

Choose a class on our upcoming classes page and secure your seat with a $250 registration deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your tuition.

Do I have to pay the full tuition up front?

No. The only amount due when you enroll is the $250 registration deposit. After that, you can make payments throughout the program, with the remaining balance due by program completion.

Please note that declined scheduled credit card payments have a $35 charge, and educational services may be withheld if a payment is more than 10 days late.

Cancellations, Refunds & Your Rights

Can I cancel after I enroll?

Yes. You have the right to cancel your enrollment agreement and receive a full refund through the first class session or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later. The $250 registration deposit is non-refundable.

To cancel, send written notice by email to lori@redlinemtc.com or by mail to 88 Rowland Way, Suite 175, Novato, CA 94945. Cancellation is effective on the date your written notice is sent.

What if I withdraw after the program starts?

If you withdraw after completing 60 percent or less of the program, you’ll receive a pro rata refund for the unearned portion of your tuition, based on the daily charge for the program and the number of days you attended or were scheduled to attend.

You can withdraw by written notice to the school, and you may also be considered withdrawn based on conduct such as not attending class. Refunds are paid or credited within 45 days.

What is the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF)?

The STRF is a California state fund that helps protect eligible California students who prepaid tuition and suffered an economic loss at a qualifying school. The current STRF fee for our program is $0.

Will my credits transfer to another school?

Whether credits or the certificate you earn at Redline are accepted is up to the school you transfer to. If transferring is part of your plans, we recommend contacting that school before you enroll.

Who can I contact with a concern?

We’re always happy to talk with you first. Students and members of the public may also file a complaint with the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) by calling (888) 370-7589 toll free or visiting bppe.ca.gov.
